I’d give negative stars if I could. They’re terrible! No communication with clients at all. I have a case pending settlement from June 6th of LAST year. If I call and ask about it I’m told “we are waiting on a settlement offer” like they can’;t call the insurance people and ask for one. No one calls you or they say they did when they didn’t. My chiropractor requested approval for an MRI 6 wks ago and the case manager didn’t know about it. Worst part…they have a contract you sign and in the fine print it says if you decide to go with someone else they are going to get your money anyway. So once you sign you’re stuck with them. They suck because they don’t HAVE to do anything for you. Word is in professional circles? Dang Law is “shady”. I’d say that’s an understatement
