It took almost 2 years, finally divorced. The ex did everything in his power to be difficult. Mr Rushton filed motions time and time again, he always answered emails in a timely matter. Considering I live 300 miles away I always felt supported. Thank you to all the staff also.

I cannot begin to express the admiration and gratitude that I have for Mr. Harold Rushton and the absolute ferocity in which he handled a two year long divorce battle that had left both my son and I in a rather precarious position after previous counsel had failed to respond and file documentation in a timely manner. By the time that I had retained him, I was rather frazzled due to the abusive nature of my marriage & duration of the divorce, but he was truly compassionate about my plight and both he and his staff were always available and willing to answer any question or concern, I was never made to feel that I was a burden or nuisance. His unflappable demeanor and expertise in the courtroom during the numerous court hearings and the 2 day trial, was really striking to watch and the sense that he was completely vested in the best possible outcome for my case from the first consult to the last day of trial was incomparable!
