After taking my case 3 yrs ago, the poor communication began, I would go months without hearing from them, I got a random message asking for a phone meeting to touch base about my case about 1 week ago after 1.5 yrs without hearing from them (even after email and VM being left asking for an update, with no response). I had a phone meeting with them and was told that after a “deep dive” into my case, Mr Noll came to the decision to not represent me anymore and that I had until October to find another lawyer due to the statute of limitations. I was also told that they went ahead and filed my lawsuit with the court 11/2025!!! Yesterday, 6/10/26, was the absolute first time hearing about this. No call, No email, no letter letting me know what they were doing. I was told that the tremendous amount of time wasted and lack of communication was due to recent staffing changes. Well, if their staff is treated like their clients, I get it. I am absolutely floored on how they handled my case.
