Been in probate with this law firm for almost 2 years with no progress, the lawyer went on maternity leave and dropped my case. The new lawyer I have did more in just the consultation (30 minutes) than this office did in that, close to 2 years. Also I was explained much more about how things proceed and had much more clear explanation of the estate then I did from Cooney. I do not recommend this firm unless you want to pay ridiculous fees just to get the process rolling when they clearly know how much a person is receiving and that they will get paid. Also they took 500$ from me when I attempted to pay the next fee they wanted and tacked it on my bill when I blatantly told them I’m giving this money to proceed the case. I’ve still not to receive a response from them on a possible refund as it was their mistake. Unprofessional. Very Shady. Good luck all.
Horrible paralegal department. They have no idea what they are talking about. Definitely causing these attorneys to lose business.
