Mixed… have had good results and bad.. wish everyone the best at this office. What was good was that I felt represented as long as I put in a lot of legal work in as well, which was exhausting while dealing with the stress of already having gone thru a divorce with awful representation from a backstabbing vampire of a divorve lawyer. When it came time to mediate while having Vanderheyden law office, I felt attacked by the mediatior twice while the lawyer let me hang, so to speak, not that I blame them since maybe he was reeling from how incredulous the accusations of abuse were taken and/or accusations flying at me while I was just taking it. Which probably surprised everyone as I was accused of being violent and verbally abusive – also untrue. So I got permanent stipulations put on me in order for me to see my son. Very one sided when it came to mediation. Also, when asking for representation, it seemed like the law office wanted to know they would “win” before pursuing action. However, that is just a humble opinion of a hard worlking loving Dad who wanted to not have to be bullied while wanting to be just that- a hard working loving Dad. Again, wish them all the best. Hope anyone reading this has good results with this law office.
Nick Rotar was great to have as my lawyer in my divorce. He explained my options very thoroughly. Everything was done efficiently. Great communication. Highly recommend!!
Called and got a voice-mail. No one ever returned my call. Wouldn’t choose this law firm
