My husband & I went to the Citadel to make the will. Lucas & David were so professional, caring & kind. They provided excellent service and answered all my questions. David also provided us with excellent financial advice.

When I made my appointment, I verified that it would be with an attorney and not a paralegal. When they called at our conference time, the person calling had such a thick accent make her impossible to provide clear communication and she was not attorney or a paralegal. Total missed represtated what our first meeting was suppose to be. I found this a total waste of time and ended the call immedaitely.
