I am not sure how you can sign up a client on a sure thing, and tell them at a deposition you have no intention of taking a case to trial. It was a clear-cut case to win. It probably would not have gone to trial, for any attorney who can see a sure thing, but to demean a client in front of opposing counsel and let them know you have no intention of doing the work (it’s called a bluff) is something that is not only unethical, but you should have told the client before signing them on for your “commission”.
Friendly staff and very knowledgeable. Only take one things where they feel they can help. Not looking to waste your time or theirs.
