I was falsely arrested for a DWI. When the blood draw came back negative, I assumed Mr. Cardon would be able to get the case dismissed without a trial. Rather, him and the Commonwealth collaborated and he attempted to pressure me into a plea deal that included one year suspended jail time. The case ended up getting extended twice, and when I would express concern over how immoral the Commonwealth was Mr. Cardon would be irate and upset, stating how good of a person she is and how she would one day be a defense attorney like him. She ended up throwing the case out one minute before trial, and I believe Mr. Cardon was in on this plan the entire time.
