I wouldn’t waste your time. I did not use this attorney. But I really don’t think I ever would based on the phone consult I had. I called to discuss a case I had and he was flippant and rude about my situation. He was bordering on shaming me which is not where you want to be when seeking legal help. I’ve also been shopping around to try and get a price ballpark and he contradict what I had been told by 7 other attorneys and didn’t seem to know what he was talking about. He used scare tactics to try and pressure me and make the situation seem much more dire than it was. It was a waste of 20 mins of my life mostly because I tried to get off the phone several toes but he kept talking and interrupting me and I didn’t have the heart to just hang op on him.
