I encountered an unbelievably unfair/just plain wrong denial by my health insurance company and battled them on my own for more than two years. Completely stuck and shut down at a high level within the organization, out of desperation, I began contacting attorneys. I had tried so hard to resolve the many aspects of a complex problem myself and after speaking with multiple firms, discovered that the statute of limitation had run out on parts of any claim I might have. Because of this, any case I had would be worth considerably less, which in a practical sense, meant it was very hard to find a good attorney willing to consider taking my case.
