Retired firefighter paramedic, I have never been so insulted by a professional as such. Mr. Kaiser was a condescending pompous person. After explaining who he insulted he apologized, but continued to be condescending after letting him know I’m a Retired Fire-medic with 3 letters of commendation 2 from the city of Spokane, I would not let my enemy use this attorney. It’s his self moral issue. I’m sorry for anyone who uses him to represent them. All from 1 phone call so if he sounds like he is being nice, maybe he is working on it. But doubtful. If that’s how he represents a business he is ok with it.
