Closed real estate sale this week. The reparation was not smooth due to frequent unavailability of the contact person (repeatedly the office did not answer calls). Data was requested redundantly (i.e., even though information had been delivered to the office previously it was apparently not available at closing and had to be provided again). Even though the document preparation was comparatively expensive they still attempted to make extra money with non justified fees. Worst of all, I sensed arrogance and inflexibility.

Always on top of their game.
