Handled the Devry vs Mccormick Settlement even worse than Kroll did, gave false dates of when they were going to issue refunds (Late March) Now into End of April, wouldn’t recommend this company in handling any litigations for clients.

Have tried contacting several times a week for over a month. Via their “settlement Portal”, their website and phone regarding a class action suit. They are supposed to have info loaded onto their portal for me to review. When click on “View” there is no information. Been trying to contact someone but to no luck. Horrible communication. Horrible customer service. |WOULD NOT Recommend.
