This shady law firm represents the equally shady Charisma Property Management for their debt collection. When we moved from our apartment, Charisma sent us a bill with ridiculous charges. Then, they sent that insane bill to Breit & Boomsma (a debt collecting law firm) for debt collection. We responded to every request from them for documentation and have certified mail receipts to prove they received them. BUT since those responses weren’t sent to the court, as well, they get to legally pretend like nothing was sent to them. These attorneys make their money because the people they’re suing can’t afford an attorney. Shady property management company working with a shady law firm. Beware!

The trashiest place ever. I have absolutely no words for how terrible they are. They took EVERY penny from my account, with NO warning.
