I have worked with Breakstone, White & Gluck as an expert consultant on several occasions on questions relating to emergency room medicine and other medical questions. David White, Marc Breakstone, and Ron Gluck are three excellent lawyers. They understand technical and medical issues at an advanced level, and are able to bring the strongest liability and damages cases on behalf of their clients. Marc Breakstone and I have similar law practices but with several nuanced differences where I rely upon him for his expertise. Over the course of 30 years or so, I have referred many cases to him that deal specifically with medical malpractice.
