Called this Office with General question and person answering phone, dropped it, said hello hello in an exasperated voice and then said the connection issue was on my end. So much for first impressions. Your front desk help cost you a client. Called at 3PM 11/1/2018. I’ll go down the street where someone knows how to work a telephone.
