When I first contacted Brad it was on the weekend of Christmas 2020. I was very surprised when he promptly returned my call on that holiday weekend. Before we met in person Brad gave me instruction on how to begin appealing the DMV case, which we won (retaining my drivers license). Brad will give you straight facts about the case and not make outlandish promises. Brad built a case that had the DA ready to dismiss. When the judge wanted to press the case Brad weighed our options and decided appealing to a higher court was our best option to win. With that, he gave me the best and worst case scenario with confidence we’d have the best outcome. Sure enough Brad showed up to trial with our appeal already prepared and ready to submit, with the request for a stay of execution. We won the appeal and Brad reached out personally to let me know (as he had throughout the entire case). The office staff and partners are just as helpful and hardworking as Brad. Better off going with a public defender, Did the very minimum with my case and didn’t provide any assurance or support, wasn’t willing to take the case to trial in fear of losing, if your a first time offense just go with the public defender provided
