From the beginning, I felt disrespected. I hired Ben, Soon after our first meeting, he told me they weren’t pursuing claim for some of my injuries from a serious car accident I didn’t cause. Those injuries were why I sought out a lawyer. It got worse. Ben, his assistant and office girl kept telling me what I need to get the Drs to say or do and keep getting treatment. The pressure was awful. Then they began to ignore me telling me Ben is working on a big case. PIP ran out, still no return calls or emails. I was do to pay 800$ for MRI, so I wrote email complaint about their lack of communication. Ben turned it around and fired me with accusations of talking to Drs, insurance, social media too. He told me to do it! They were pushy, secretive, lying and left me with 35000$ insurance bill. Watch out. Malpractice

Don’t expect that they care about you. I was rejected,neglected and revictimized by them. I did everything they wanted me to do than accused me of breaking contract. No words just firing me after I wrote to them that they are treating me with neglect. Horrible experience . No way were they exceptional.

I was told by my chiropractor about the Bowerman Law group . Ben is the lawyer for my car accident case. This is the first time I got into a car accident, they helped me save a lot of time to deal with the car insurance company and medical expenses. The price is reasonable for my case, all staffs are very nice and professional. I am happy about the outcome and definitely recommend Benjamin for Auto injury Case.
