Gave them my case and haven’t heard anything back. It’s been three weeks⮠I was upset giving out my info etc. but when they finally did call they apologized for taking so long and went above and beyond to handle my situation. Most would have left me high and dry but Bottlinger corrected their mistake and left me satisfied .
