Trust me, it should be criminal. He has no interest in closing your case. He’s ONLY interested in delaying ur case & filling his pockets. Your mailman would be a better choice and I’m not trying to be funny!! if he was referred to you, run for the hills. He has no interest in resolving your divorce. He’s only interested in filling his pockets. He will drag it out and take his time. Good Heavens, there really are people like this in Indiana. It’s Eric Benner. A painless simple divorce took 3 1/2 years & cost me 20K in the end. I fired him & worked with the attorney of the woman I was divorcing…it was that bad. At least her attorney got it done. NO JOKE FOLKS. I should write a book about this guy. Hell…sell it Hollywood…it would a good movie at least. SUCH a pathetic experience working with such a shameful man. This guy like I said…run for the hills. I’ve never met anyone in my life so unethical!! You’re welcome….I just put 10K+ (at a minimum) back your pocket!!!!!
