The Attorney Bilski, claim to spend an enormous amount of time on a selling of the property, after 3 weeks of talking to him and his office depositing the deposit he decided not to proceed with the closing . To make things worse he wanted to keep the deposit because he claim to put effort and time . When I spoke to him that he was not allowed to keep the deposit because he was forfeited the case he got very hostile over the phone and did not want to give a referral for another lawyer for the closing. His reasoning was that the money would be too much money in his escrow account. Due to another case that he had to go on litigation for on another closing. Very unprofessional and hostile man I would not recommend this office at ALL

Mr. Bilsky is very knowledgeable in regards of laws on foreclosures and housing laws….a little hard to get to (I guess too many clients?) but is truthful from the get go. I would recommend him as Very Good.

Gina and her fellow attorneys at Romanucci & Blandin are top notch. Professional and caring.
