My experience with this law firm started in June 2020. It is now February 2023. So when I leave this review, I can leave it with all honesty. From day one James Best was honest and open with me. He was concerned about my health and recovery. He explained the necessary steps it would take to ensure I was getting the proper medical attention needed. Through this law firm I was sent to specialists for my neck, back and shoulder injury. I was sent to a psychologist for PTSD treatment. I had surgery and rehabilitation on my shoulder, numerous procedures on my neck and back to avoid surgery. Though it all, I was not asked once for money. I was asked instead, how I was doing, did I think the treatments were helping, was there anything else I needed? When Patrick Watson became involved in the settlement and trial part of my case, he was very open and honest. We met and he explained the next several steps that would be involved in order to present a stronger case. Mr. Watson was extremely knowledgeable and professional and talked in language my wife and I understood. All our questions were answered fully and satisfactory. Mr. Watson or his assistant, Chrsitina Gonzales, kept me updated on all steps involved. They always asked and made sure that I was receiving proper health care. During meditation of my case Mr. Watson was able to negotiate a higher sum than expected. When Mr. Watson settled everything, he was able to save me more money. Asked if I would recommend this law firm, Yes, In the strongest way possible.

spoke with associate Sam, who after giving detailed information regarding wreck, he never called back as he stated he would. I called and left a message to get an update which call was never returned. I would not recommend this attorney or his staff. they only chase the big pay out insurance claims and there are other attorneys way better than this firm for sure
