A few years ago, at the behest of a good friend I was urged to file a claim for my migraines with the TBI I suffered while serving in the Army. The first time I walked into VA C&P, and was rendered a decision the headaches I was suffering did not play any role in their assessment of my claim. I was fortunate enough to be linked with Claire L. Hillan Sosa, Attorney at Law with Berry Law. During my VA claim appeal process Claire was transparent and knowledgeable on what would take place next, what would be required of me, and how to properly enumerate the issues I was experiencing. With Claire and her legal team facilitating my appeal, I was able to achieve a sixty percent disability increase. It was hard for me to open up about the neurological issues I am experiencing, but with the help of Claire, and the Berry law team I now have a platform to receive the medical treatment I need for my migraines.
