Effective, highly knowledgeable, extremely well respected in the Baltimore legal community., grounded family guy. working with Charles was the antithesis of typical lawyer stereotypes. he was able to achieve a settlement on a very weak case much greater than I could have thought of. you would be an extremely good hands with this guy and his staff.
