Someone rear ended my daughter and I, and a friend recommended Benson & Bingham. They made the entire process very easy for me and my daughter. Cassidy, I believe she is an assistant, always always picks up the phone when I called and provided me updates. When it came time to fight, the attorney definitely went to bat.
