Craig handled and successfully settled a DBA case for me. From our first contact he was professional and realistic in explaining the entire process and potential outcomes. These cases, I found out, can drag on longer than anticipated especially with the unethical, yet legal delaying tactics, used to force you into economic desperation, thereby forcing you to settle. Craig always explained the options available, specific to my case, and in no way pressured me either way. He offered suggestions and explained strategies.
