Definitely would not recommend this firm at all.

Our experience with this law office over a two-year personal injury case was deeply frustrating and extremely disappointing.

From the beginning, communication was inconsistent and unclear. We repeatedly asked for explanations about case strategy, medical referrals, and next steps, but often received vague answers or no answers at all. At times, we felt dismissed rather than represented.

In addition to that, early in the case, we were told there was potential for a significantly higher recovery (around $100,000), which influenced decisions about treatment and how the case was handled. Later on, when we referenced those discussions, we were told that statement was never made. That shift was confusing and frustrating, especially given the decisions we made based on that understanding.

We were referred for medical treatments we did not request and questioned whether they were necessary. When we asked for clarification, we were told these steps were needed to “build the case.” Later, those same statements were denied, which left us confused and concerned about transparency.

When the insurance company raised serious accusations about our claim, we expected our attorney to advocate for us. Instead, those accusations were relayed to us without reassurance or clear defense, which felt alarming and inappropriate given the attorney-client relationship.

Communication deteriorated further when my adult daughter asked reasonable questions about the case. Rather than addressing her concerns professionally, the attorney’s tone became hostile, she was labeled “rude,” and we were told he no longer wished to communicate with her. This was shocking and unprofessional.

Throughout the process, we felt pressured to accept delays and uncertainty without clear justification. Decisions appeared to be driven more by convenience than by active advocacy.

There were also multiple issues with communication. At one point, we were told we would be placed on the calendar for a call, but no one ever followed up. When we brought it up, we were told that we should have called back if it was really important to us – which was frustrating considering we were relying on our legal team to guide us through the process.

Ultimately, we did not feel fought for at all. We felt managed.

This review reflects our personal experience and documented interactions. Others may have different outcomes, but based on what we went through, I would not choose this firm again.

This was the first time I’ve ever needed to hire a lawyer for anything. I’m so pleased with this company and their professionalism. From my first meeting with them until my case was settled they were honest, understanding and compassionate. I sustained life changing injuries and so if I help anyone who’s been in the same situation by pointing them in the right direction than I definitely want to do that. This is the best legal team I could have had. I cannot recommend them enough.
