I conferred with Mr. Lusk in on behalf of my daughter. She had a custody trial in a few days, she had her own attorney and she had rec’d a settlement offer (to which she made a counter offer). I was hoping to have the offers reviewed and his opinion on the likely outcome. As a grandfather, I needed information to prepare my family for pending “changes” to our household and options if we did not like the initial ruling. Mr. Lusk reviewed the offers, told me which parts were the most important (and why) and he answered ALL of my questions. Based on his experience with the attorneys, judge and how the system really works he offered a candid assessment of the likely outcome if the matter went to trial.
