I reached out to this office to get advice on filing and appealing for disability and John Bell called me back the same day to go over the details of my case which I really appreciated after having so much trouble trying to schedule a consultation with other disability law offices in the area. John was really kind and helpful and so was everyone that I spoke with in the front office, I definitely will be calling this office back if I need any legal advice in the future
They will not take on or even speak to me about a Medicare only case (for End Stage Renal Disease which is explicitly covered by Medicare) because they do not do any work on an hourly basis-contingency fee only–even though this is still a social security disability matter. The reason I was told is because we wouldn’t be entitled to back payments for them to take their percentage from. I found their listing after searching for “Medicare Lawyer.”
