I called to discuss details of a case. I was told I had an “appointment” at 10:25am. 10:45 rolls around and I get a phone call asking me to fill out a “survey”. The survey in question had 9 questions, 4 of which were solely about money and willingness to pay. That tells me where their priorities are!
