I have not heard from them in months. When I do speak with them , it’s me calling them and all I get is the receptionist. My case is going on for 2 plus years( BSA). I know other ppl have got paid or at the least hear from their attorney on a reg. Basis.

If they are getting 40% of my settlement I would appreciate a bit more info. I had called after not hearing anything from them in over 4 months, I spoke with receptionist if course she tells me my attorney is not available but she did say there was a update on my case to call back Monday. For one, if there was a update shouldn’t they be getting a hold of me? And 2 ,I did call back only to be told ,to call them back in 3 weeks cause there was actually no update but will hopefully have something by then.

No one is contacting me, checking on me, reassuring me, like other reviews have stated they do. I’m been feeling ignored, Avoided,forgotten and thinking maybe I should’ve gone through someone else. When my wife calls to talk to them for me bc I can’t speak without stuttering, they are a bit short. She has asked for my info (attorneys name full name and phone # email, claimant number)a couple different times and won’t give her the info. Mind you I’m sitting in the room with my wife and had gave permission to them to talk for me. Just not having a good feeling or experience.

Where to start?Caroline Stearns is absolutely fantastic and amazing. The matter that she is handling for me it’s a very delicate one and not once has she ever made me feel other wonderful. Most law firms are cold and only about the money. Not Caroline she’s definitely a Saint.

I’ve been working with babin law for a few years now and they are absolutely amazing I met this lady Carie she works there she has been so kind and very helpful with everything about my case. She has become a really good friend she has been very good to me and my family along with everyone else I’ve spoken with they really care about you your family and justice in my case I definitely give 5 stars
