My insurance company paid an ambulance bill – sent the check to Lee Roy Temrowski and he in turn cashed it and kept it. I am just now finding out about this as Medstar is now after me for payment. I have the cancelled check from my insurance company stating Temrowski cashed it and Medstar says they never received it. Will be sending a letter to the state board about this. Not the first issue I’ve had with this office.
