Called for a free consult and they were so helpful. Ultimately they pointed me to another firm, but I think that’s why I felt willing to write this review.
I needed to move a special needs trust to Utah and have a new trustee appointed over it. I hired a lawyer at this law firm which took my retainer and then never completed the case or answered my calls. That lawyer left then I spoke with Ryan and his staff. He took up the case and requested a new retainer stating that the last one is gone. I told him what I needed to do and so he said he would take care of it. He completed getting the trust moved to Utah but then told me that he can’t get a trustee. Now the trust is out of compliance with the law and I am stuck. Horrible experience with Ascent Law. Experience has changed and Ryan was able to finish getting this taken care of. I have changed my review up to 3 stars
There no good I had to do all of the looking in my divorce then charging more after the divorce was finalized
