If you are a woman, please DO NOT hire Joe Annutto!!! Mr. Annutto did not come close to fight for me during my divorce and actually agreed with opposing council. I lost a lot of money by working with this attorney, and had to pay him!!! STAY AWAY!!!!!!!!!
I lost my driver’s license and still do not have it 11 years later because Joseph Annutto’s handling of my case was so incompetent. I absolutely would have been better off with a court-appointed lawyer. At least the court-appointed lawyer would have known what they were doing. It seems like Joseph Annutto and the person working for him at the time had no experience with DUI cases at all. He did not tell me anything about the alcohol program I attended, and as a result, I failed it, because I didn’t answer some of their questions correctly, because my lawyer hadn’t told me those questions were important. Edit: I noticed while Joseph Annutto was spreading my personal information all over the internet in his reply, he did not even address the problems with my review. My license is still revoked because I failed the alcohol program, because Joseph Annutto gave me no indication whatsoever of what my rights were or what to expect, or what the consequences of answering their questions would be. The charges were dropped because I never committed a crime. I still do not have a license 11 years later even though I DID NOT COMMIT A CRIME. I was at home in my living room when the DUI took place. Yes, really. I got this DUI while I was at home in my living room. Ask Joseph Annutto; he seems to feel free to talk about the other details of my case. And I HAD NOT BEEN DRIVING THAT DAY. That is what can happen if you talk to cops. I didn’t know. This sounds fantastical, but it is true. It is public record. That is the case that Joseph Annutto’s malpractice turned into a permanent loss of license for me, 11 years ago. I LOST MY ENTIRE LIFE BECAUSE OF YOUR REPRESENTATION.
Would give this group a 5 star rating but until Attn. Annutto got involved I was getting ignored. Overall my experience with this firm was good.
