Nelson Fraley should never be allowed to practice Law. Betrays his Client’s ‘trust’, lacks the ‘representation’ of his Client’s best interest. If he would have actually done his Due-Diligence as a Trustworthy Attorney- he should have informed his Client’s he was on Suspension! Has admitted guilt in 2002 for ‘Attempting to Structure a Currency Transaction” (defrauding a deceased Client’s trust for money laundering purposes). Not sure how one gets away with breaking their sworn in Oath and work while suspended. Seems a little fishy!
