I see I’m not the only one but from the comments and pictures I’m starting to see why
THIS IS THEE WORST LAW FIRM I TRULY BELEIVE IN THE COUNTRY..THEY DO NOT RETURN PHONE CALLS AT ALL !!!!!! I HAD A DEPOSITION AND I HAVENT HEARDANYTHING ELSE SINCE THE DEPOSITION. EVERY TIME I CALL I GET TRANSFERRED TO MISTY AND I HAVE LEFT SEVERAL MESSAGES AND STILL NO PHONE CALL FROM HER…;I DEALT WITH MANY LAW FIRMS AND I BEG ANYONE TO THINK TWICE ABOUT GETTING AKD LAW FIRM..THEN AFTER MY DEPOSITION WAS OVER MRS.DEMAREST TOLD ME THAT OH I FORGOT TO ASK YOU SOME QUESTIONS BEFORE YOUR DEPOSITION IM SORRY ABOUT THAT. SHE HAD ME COME IN 30 MINUTES BEFORE MY DEPOSITION TO GET ME READY FOR IT AND THEN AFTER IT WAS OVER SHE TELLS ME OH I FORGOT TO ASK YOU SOME QUESTIONS BEFORE YOUR DEPOSITION ..I DONTKNOW HOW THEY STAY IN BUISINESS AND KEEP THEY LAW LICENSE. PEOPLE DONT DO IT !!!!
It constantly took weeks and even a month to receive a reply or update on my case. Mr. Offner was unable to get the entire insurance amount even though I needed several surgeries. I had to pay for my surgery and 2 years of medical bills out of pocket because AKD refused. Mr. Offner took his fee out of my settlement and then the AKD office took additional fees as well. In the future I will choose a law firm with lower overhead fees, better lawers and a more responsive team.
