I was in an accident on October 2, 2025, when another driver ran a red light and totaled my brand-new car. Thankfully, Karen Jacobson stepped in and took care of everything right away. She was incredibly efficient and made a point to check on me throughout my physical therapy to ensure I was doing well.

While other staff members would occasionally text, Karen stood out by personally calling me to check in. That level of care and attention truly made a difference. In a time when most communication is automated or impersonal, hearing a sincere voice on the other end of the line meant a lot.
