25 years of back and forth, changing statuses and waiting for an answer to only discover every few years that when circumstances change and an adjustment of status is needed, the clock resets and the wait continues. I consulted with three immigration attorneys and all I got was wrong information. When I thought hope was gone, I consulted with Ayaa Abdelhadi and she took my case and said, there might be one chance and explained to me all about it. I figured why not, after all, I had lost hope for my family member to join us in the US. I began to gather all the documents requested by Ayaa, and she took it from there. When she submitted my documents, soon later we received more objections and reasons why they wouldn’t approve the request. Ayaa, didn’t give up and asked me to gather more documents to support the request, I gave her more documents. Well, a month later an approval came through!! A lot of work and a whole lot more documents were requested. To say the least, it was overwhelming. But, Ayaa guided me and helped me through the entire process. Today, my family members documents have been accepted and approved and are only waiting for an interview date. We are so excited and can’t thank her enough. She is an amazing professional, dedicated and her follow up is one of a kind. We would have never gotten this approved without her knowledge and experience in this tedious process.
