Rickey Moore
client
I have to give praise when it’s due, exceptional work by this team. I was in constant contact with Daniella and Jamie Hansen. Who always gave me great detail and understanding of the legal process. Lengthy but efficient and I’m pleased with the results. I’d definitely do business here again.
Noah Alot
client
Very surprised by the professional treatment. Other law firms didn’t want to assist me with my “small accident.” DM Law settled and I received payment today. You never really know how things will turn out until you take a chance. Very happy will recommend to friends.

Michael DiPasquale
Founding Partner
Michael DiPasquale
Attorney Michael DiPasquale, Founding Partner of DiPasquale Moore, brings a results-driven approach to personal injury law shaped by years of litigation experience and a genuine commitment to helping others. What began as a desire to make a meaningful impact has evolved into a career focused on standing up for individuals and families when they need it most — both in and out of the courtroom.
Originally from Kansas, Michael attended the University of San Diego, where he was a four-year member of the football team before earning his law degree back home. Early in his career, he represented insurance companies and major corporations. That experience gave him critical insight into how the other side operates — and ultimately reinforced his decision to advocate for those harmed by negligence.
Today, Michael focuses exclusively on personal injury law, representing clients in cases involving car accidents, medical malpractice, defective products, workplace injuries, slip and falls, and wrongful death. He approaches each case with focus, creativity, and a deep understanding of what’s at stake for his clients. His courtroom experience and hands-on involvement in litigation allow him to deliver not just legal strategy, but personalized solutions that reflect the needs of every client he represents.

With a background in civil litigation and insurance defense, Jason offers clients the benefit of deep legal insight and a strong courtroom presence — particularly in cases involving product liability, insurance bad faith, and serious injury claims.

Early on, he represented insurance companies in personal injury matters, gaining firsthand knowledge of how large insurers evaluate and defend claims. That experience now informs his work on behalf of injured individuals — helping clients anticipate obstacles, build stronger cases, and secure the compensation they deserve.
Jason is known for being both a skilled trial attorney and a trusted legal advisor. Whether negotiating a settlement or presenting a case before a jury, he keeps clients informed, involved, and confident throughout the legal process. His approach is pragmatic and driven by each client’s goals, combining legal precision with a clear understanding of what’s at stake in every case.
