I had worst lawyer in the world. I would have loved to have Jim instead of the lady. Had a lot of confidence when we met. But did nothing. I wouldn’t recommend anyone.

Our experience with Jim and Karen was excellent in spite of the difficulties that the Covid19 pandemic added to the situation. It was amazing that Jim was willing to meet with us in the home (mask and all) because my mother couldn’t walk to meet with him at the office. Jim and Karen were always within reach by phone or email in a timely manner, and neither of them acted tired (or annoyed) of my endless questions. They were truly understanding and helpful to us during this upsetting and stressful event in our lives. I would most definitely use their representation again and will recommend that others in need consult with Jim also. We are forever grateful that Jim worked so hard to find justice for the tragedy that struck our family. Thank you Jim and Karen both!
