If I could give 0 stars, I would. I have tried to call and get a hold of this law firm multiple times after hiring them last December. After no one calling back, I tried email. I got a hold of one person who swore up and down to me that when my case was closer, they would contact me. I am less than a week from that date and no one has reached out to me, yet again. I tried calling only to be disconnected or hung up on, and now their phone line says there is an application error and I can’t get through at all. Their website doesn’t work, so I have tried emailing the last known email I have for them asking to have someone call me immediately. Do not hire this firm. They will leave you hanging in the wind. I paid their fee in full so I expect to receive the services I paid for, which includes timely communication with your client. I will be attempting to report them to the bar association of Missouri.
