I was recommended to Wolff attorneys in 2020. Not going into all my details about my case. After talking to Mr Wolff the next person I was a Paralegal. Mandy the Paralegal explained the whole process of who,what,when, and where. I could go on for a while on all that happens. The experience was just as Mandy said. Unprofessional. Answered the phone rudely, didn’t listen to any details. I had to ask if this was an attorneys office because it didn’t even seem like I called lawyer.
