These people do not have any compassion or empathy whatsoever. They are condescending and will not listen to a word you say when just trying to have a simple conversation. They will tell you something at first and then change their mind and instead of telling you about it they will gaslight you into thinking that you’re in the wrong.

I had a very frustrating experience with this office. The office clerk lady was rude. These people have no integrity, honesty, or competence of polite human interaction.
