We have used Welch Law Firm for many years and they have always been successful for us. The lawyers are very knowledgeable in their fields of experience, the staff is always welcoming and friendly and their office has amazing views of the city. Highly recommend Welch Law Firm!

Today I spoke with Dan because of unfair practices from a bank. As I was explaining, he cut me off and then proceeded to not listen to the correction. Here’s the thing, the amount of money that I feel the bank is tring to charge (I’m alleging PenFed is engaged in these behaviors) is immaterial, it’s the fact they are trying to insist I pay something that does not appear anywhere (ledger, statement). I’m willing to bet if they are doing this to me, it’s happening elsewhere, to others. Banks must be stopped, It’s unscrupulous. It’s the principle, and if Dan isn’t interested in looking into unscruplous practices, which others may also be experiencing, what good is the law? I will look for a firm that may be interested in sending feelers out to find out if there’s a pattern of consumer abuse. I hope my personal experience helps others.
