Sadly she passed away the weekend before we went to court for my disability claim. Does anyone know where her court load was transferred? Where she was actually from? at the very least I need an obituary to help with my new case to get a continuance instead of have to start the long process all over. Any help would be appreciated.

I paid a $2,500.00 retainer and retained Attorney Warnke who did complete my legal work March, 2021. We are in excess of 5-months and Attorney Warnke refuses to refund in excess of $1,000.00 still in her trust account after the work was completed. I now need to file a small claims action which I regret however must do to recover money I’m owed.
