Really disappointed with both the lack of communication or knowledge from this attorney and her office. Very unprofessional. Seems like they don’t want work from Legal Benefits (ARAG, etc) or are just plain disorganized and incompetent. I reached out several months ago and set up an appointment to discuss work I was interested in her representing on. The date came and the attorney never called. I followed up and was told the appointment was never put in the schedule. Honest enough mistake, and they were able to reschedule for later that day. Despite knowing the reason for my appointment the attorney was not prepared at all for the call, or just was not seem very knowledgeable. She had to take all my questions back for research. She stated she’d get back to me by the following Wednesday. That date came and went without update. I followed up and was told I’d get an update soon. After several weeks I never got an update or further communication. I followed up again and was told the attorney was in court but would follow up. Again I never got an update or any more information. This went on for more than 6 months before I finally just gave up. I am tired of chasing an attorney that apparently has no interest in responding. If she wasn’t interested in being hired she could have said that to begin with and not wasted several months of my time. I need to follow up with my legal benefit from work and ensure she did not actually bill for services.

Took the time to diligently explain what options I do or didn’t have. Very polite and punctual.Amazing law firm for the consumer. The effort and due diligence of the facts and how certain laws are read or written was very easy to comprehend. I cannot recommend them enough for this particular need. Great people, great service. Really made me feel like a weight was lifted without actually hiring them. This is definitely your one and only law firm for consumers. Thank you so much!
