And that’s giving them entirely too much credit. Andrea Tobin happily accepted her $1500 retainer back in July and I ,pretty much, never heard from her again. Refused to return my phone calls, answer questions I had via email or answer ANY email for that matter. That is until JANUARY when she called to let me know she, in fact, WASN’T going to take my case after all but that she was going to KEEP $500 of the retainer fee with ZERO explanation as to how it was earned……..it wasn’t. If that wasn’t bad enough she refused to send my refund digitally, certified, or insured. And, OF COURSE, the “office manager is on vacation….blah…lie…blah. But I’ll have her mail it out on January 6th when she returns”. Today is January 21 and I still have no idea where my refund, coming from South Bend to Elkhart, is. And I know she’s doing it out of spite which is just childish and classless. From what I’ve heard from others and read from other reviews the entire firm is.

Today she was reported to the Indiana BAR Association. And if she keeps it up, she’ll find herself on the other end of the courtroom.

Andrea & this law firm has went above and beyond what i expected & have caring hearts & are understanding , I am not sure where i would be without her , she has continually helped me through many difficult times in my life i will remember her forever. I whole heartedly am blessed to have Andrea & this law firm part of my life at a very serious time when i was lost .

Can you give a place no starts? DO NOT WORK WITH THESE LAWYERS. I had the WORST experience with this law firm and had this been in my own hands I would have fired them from the start. They treated my family with ZERO respect, and charged for everything even when their attorney Andrea Tobin did NOTHING. There were times that I had to email her on the side and ask her to speak up and talk on behalf of my family with the back and forth with other lawyers. The money that we were trying to split up was pennies to me, and there was nothing fast and efficient about this law practice. I had to hire my OWN lawyer to help me on the side to get this estate closed in a timely manager. This place is a joke. DO NOT USE THIS FIRM and if you do you at least pass up on working with Andrea, as I feel I have more knowledge about the estate process than she had.
