Mr. VanDerGinst, You might have some good attorneys at your firm. I have only talked to one lady attorney and if I would of known that I wouldnt get called back or that things she said she was doing wouldn’t get done, I would of kept right on looking. Its been almost 18 months since my accident and I feel like Im getting jerked around, because I was involved in a semi truck accident resulting in a fatality. I was the driver of the semt truck that got hit head on by a car that crossed into my lane less than 3 car lengths in front of me on a two lane road. A fractured spine heals, but the emotional and mental trauma is something I wil be dealing with for the rest of my life. Not counting the fact that it wound up ending my driving career. I have some major concerns about my case and the way it is being handled by your firm. I am looking for a new law firm that actually wants my case and that isn’t going to drag it out forever. I just about bet that if this accident had been my fault and he lived , but I died it would of already been settled. And, probably for at least a million. Realizing my fractured spine, aIong with all I have been thru and will go thru, only matters to me. My case hasn’t been given the time and effort needed. One demand for settlement and one counter offer and then nothing since 2021. Feel free to get my number and give me a call. Not that I think you will. I’m not a big client or worth hundreds of thousands.
