I was fortunate to have been referred to Tom and his Staff at Van Valer Law. They took the time to explain the ins and outs of Estate planning. The team then helped put together the necessary documents that will ease the burden on my children. On another visit they made quick work of a Quit Claim deed. I recommend and will continue to employ Van Valer Law for my legal concerns.

My husband and I worked with Mark Hatfield after we had issues with our new home build and our builder wouldn’t properly rectify our issues. We went all the way through arbitration and the outcome was favorable for us. We would never have recovered even 30% of the arbitration judgement had we just tried to settle the matter through negotiations with the builder. Mark was very thorough with keen attention to the myriad of details surrounding each of the issues we had. His briefs were extremely well written artfully and succinctly capturing the key points of our position. He had prepared us very thoroughly for the actual arbitration testimony which led to us getting the positive outcome that we got. The billing process was very fair.
