Updated review: After the practice was made aware of the issue they reached out to us right away to fix it. They explained how they had an unfortunate experience with staff and the return of the retainer was never processed and the file was burried and went unoticed. They immediately returned the retainer to us and also gifted us with a small token of appreciation for our business and extended their deepest apologies for the mix up. John Hayes was very pleasant and considerate to the situation. Thank you very much! We will consider you in the future! Very disappointed in this practice. Two years ago my fiance gave Scott Sewick $1000. We called back a few days later because we found out his ex sold the house so we didn’t need his help. He said he would give us back the money and never did. We called a few different times and were blown off. I have been hoping they would do the right thing before I posted a review. I’m very disappointed in him. I’m very upset! I do not recommend him or them.
